Avatar Instructions

If you see a pic on the web and you want it there all the time as your avatar (under your name), right click on it, select properties and copy the entire "http://..." address, then go to My controls and hit Edit Avatar Settings, then paste the "http://..." address where it says "Enter a URL". Or you can choose one from the gallery. Or for avatars only, you can upload from your computer. That will put it in your avatar. Then hit Update button at the bottom of the window.

Picture-in-Post and Signature

You can't post from your hard drive, the image has to be on the web somewhere.

If you see a pic on the web you want to use, right click on it, select properties and copy the entire "http://..." address, then come here (reply window) and hit the IMG button and paste the "http://..." address in the window that pops up. That will post it one time in that post.

If you want it there all the time (in your signature), go to My controls and hit Edit signature, then hit the IMG button and paste the "http://..." address in the window that pops up. That will put it in your signature. Then hit Update button at the bottom of the window.

Lastly, if your pic is only on your hard drive (personal pics), or you can't remember web address you got it from, then upload from your hard drive to a gallery on an image-hosting site (Imageshack or Photobucket, for example). Now it's on the web, and you can use the instructions above. There's an image upload feature
