I could barely keep my eyes open for the whole thing, but I did. What a game, Dice-K had an "eh" start, not ace stuff which I expect from him this year. But whatever it got the job done.

I watched up until the 7th inning, then I had to leave for school. I saw Ellsbury make 2 outs and was stunned. Good thing he singled his next AB. Ellsbury never goes a game without a hit. 162 game hitting streak.

Red Sox were dumb to bring in Kyle Snyder in a close game though. IMO there bullpen isn't that impressive this year. The are going to have some trouble this year with there pitching. I hope Becketts' injury is worse than they think it is.

Not to mention Matsuzaka sucks (although like all of you disagree). A 5 inning 100 pitch outing from Dice-K. Nothing out of the ordinary.

That what I dont understand, I've heard or read that our pen is "stronger" this year and I'm like how the hell are we stronger? Another 6:05 game tommorow, I'll have no choice but to be awake, I have class, although I might skip my first one and watch the end of the game, depending on how the score looks.
